The studio offers an original method combining Yoga (Kundalini, Hatha, Yin) with Tantra, neurobiology, intuitive dance (Elemental Dance), and practices for releasing emotions and energy flow. Classes include dynamic Osho meditations, breathing techniques, self-massage and rituals, drawing from the traditions of India and Bali. Workshops, women's retreats (including in Bali and Fuerteventura), and individual online sessions are held, creating a safe space for discovering one's own potential.
