Buddyzm Diamentowej Drogi

Gliwicki Ośrodek Diamentowej Drogi Linii Karma Kagyu is one of several dozen centers in Poland belonging to an international network of nearly 600 centers founded by Lama Ole Nydahl. The center offers meditation of the XVI Karmapa, called the Three Lights meditation, held on Tuesdays and Saturdays for approximately half an hour in Polish. On Tuesdays at 6:30 PM, meetings are held for people beginning Buddhist practice, where you can get information about Buddhism and talk with practitioners. Participation in meditation is free and requires no preparation.
