Stu­dio Siła i Har­monię of­fers an in­ti­mate space where you can take care of your body, strength and calm with­out crowds and pres­sure. It spe­cial­izes in func­tion­al train­ing, work­ing with women dur­ing preg­nan­cy and after child­birth, and the Pi­lates method, com­bin­ing move­ment, body aware­ness and a healthy ap­proach to nu­tri­tion. The stu­dio pro­vides an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach, pro­fes­sion­al sup­port and com­fort­able con­di­tions for work­ing on phys­i­cal and men­tal fit­ness, led by an in­struc­tor with a mas­ter's de­gree in clin­i­cal di­etet­ics and ex­pe­ri­ence since 2018.
