The studio is located in a spacious, fully equipped and air-conditioned hall at ul. Słowiańskiej 17 in Głogów. It teaches yoga using the B.K.S. Iyengar method, utilizing a wide range of props (mats, blankets, blocks, rollers, chairs, straps, ropes and others) so that each person - regardless of age, height, physical fitness or past injuries - can derive maximum benefits from practice. The studio offers a path to the union of body, mind and spirit, supporting inner integration and harmony with the environment.

Price list valid from January 1, 2026. Passes are valid for 30 days from the date of first entry. Unused entries can be added to a new pass if the new pass is purchased within a week of the old pass expiring. Payment by cash only. We accept Multisport BenefitSystems cards - with a 20 zł surcharge per class.
