Shanti Yoga Studio

Shan­ti Yoga Stu­dio is an in­ti­mate space for yoga prac­tice, lo­cat­ed in a ren­o­vat­ed attic of an old house in the pic­turesque vil­lage of Kamion­ka near Iława. The stu­dio of­fers reg­u­lar class­es in small groups and work­shops that deep­en one's prac­tice, and also makes its space avail­able for one-day events led by other teach­ers. The in­struc­tor, with many years of ex­pe­ri­ence, de­vel­op­ing her prac­tice under the guid­ance of es­teemed Pol­ish teach­ers and in India, spe­cial­izes in Ash­tan­ga Yoga. The sur­round­ings of a wild gar­den and rural land­scape fos­ter deep rest and re­gen­er­a­tion.
