Cen­trum Ciało Umysł Emoc­je in Iława is a space cre­at­ed by Ewa and Grze­gorz Michałows­ki, ded­i­cat­ed to con­scious and deep self-care through the har­mo­ny of three di­men­sions: body, mind, and emo­tions. The stu­dio of­fers sup­port in re­gain­ing bal­ance, peace, and con­trol over daily chaos, com­bin­ing the knowl­edge and ex­pe­ri­ence of its founders. The space was cre­at­ed out of a need to share knowl­edge and cre­ate a place where every­one can find inner peace while tak­ing care of their body.
