Zen Pi­lates Stu­dio of­fers re­former pi­lates train­ing, clas­si­cal pi­lates on mats, and mas­sages, cre­at­ing a com­mu­ni­ty with a pas­sion for a holis­tic ap­proach to health and well-being. The stu­dio pro­vides di­verse class­es on equip­ment such as re­former, cadil­lac, and bar­rel, as well as in­di­vid­ual ses­sions and group train­ings, tai­lored to the needs of par­tic­i­pants. Thanks to pro­fes­sion­al equip­ment and ex­pe­ri­enced in­struc­tors, Zen Pi­lates Stu­dio guar­an­tees com­fort and safe­ty dur­ing ex­er­cise.

For me, the best stu­dio in Ka­tow­ice with real pi­lates❤️ I've been to sev­er­al stu­dios but for me Zen is un­beat­able, es­pe­cial­ly the class­es with Ola.
