The stu­dio spe­cialis­es in a holis­tic ap­proach to Pi­lates, where teach­ing fo­cus­es on un­der­stand­ing how the body works through three key stages: aware­ness, con­trol and strength­en­ing. Be­fore mov­ing on to clas­si­cal Pi­lates, in­struc­tors pre­pare the body with cor­rec­tive ex­er­cis­es and re­build basic move­ment pat­terns. This method al­lows ef­fec­tive work of the ab­dom­i­nal mus­cles with­out ten­sion, re­duces back pain and builds sta­bil­i­ty of the whole body. The stu­dio of­fers com­pre­hen­sive work on prop­er move­ment me­chan­ics as the foun­da­tion of health and strength.
