Simple Perfect. Studio pilates. Studio rozwoju fizycznego.

The studio offers intimate Pilates training (on the mat and on the Reformer) as well as strengthening classes, conducted in small groups or individually. The classes emphasise quality of movement, safety and an individual approach, with particular attention to women's needs. Thanks to the small groups, participants can count on more attention from the trainer, improved posture, reduced tension and real, long-lasting results.
