Studio Pilates Konin

Pi­lates Konin is a stu­dio spe­cial­is­ing in train­ing based on the Pi­lates method on pro­fes­sion­al equip­ment, in­clud­ing the re­former, cadil­lac, Pi­lates chair, spine cor­rec­tor and jump­board, com­ple­ment­ed by func­tion­al train­ing. The stu­dio works with peo­ple at all lev­els — from be­gin­ners to ath­letes — and also sup­ports preg­nant and post­na­tal women and peo­ple re­turn­ing to ac­tiv­i­ty after in­juries. Every ses­sion is based on an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach, knowl­edge and safe­ty, sup­port­ing the build­ing of a strong, fit and bal­anced body.
