A yoga and pi­lates stu­dio in Kosza­lin run by Ag­niesz­ka, an in­struc­tor with over 20 years of ex­pe­ri­ence, of­fer­ing class­es in in­ti­mate groups of up to 12 peo­ple as well as in­di­vid­ual, two-per­son and three-per­son ses­sions. It spe­cial­izes in class­es for peo­ple with dis­co­pa­thy and chron­ic back pain, in­clud­ing re­hapi­lates, re­ha­jo­ga and med­ical train­ing. The stu­dio com­bines mind­ful yoga and pi­lates prac­tice, sup­port­ing both the body and mind of its par­tic­i­pants.
