In­ter­na­tion­al School of Yoga and Move­ment 5 El­e­ments (5 Ży­wiołów) is a unique place in Poland, where teach­ers and stu­dents come from all over the world. The stu­dio of­fers yoga cours­es in India and yoga in­struc­tor train­ing, con­duct­ed in small groups of up to 8 peo­ple, which pro­motes an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach. Our teach­ers are mem­bers of in­ter­na­tion­al or­ga­ni­za­tions, which en­sures a high stan­dard of teach­ing and a va­ri­ety of yoga meth­ods.
