The stu­dio is lo­cat­ed in the heart of Kraków, in a his­toric 400-year-old ca­pit­u­lar manor, which is a unique space com­bin­ing his­to­ry with mind­ful­ness of body and move­ment. It of­fers yoga and dance class­es that sup­port re­lax­ation, rest and re­gen­er­a­tion, as well as build­ing a healthy and mo­bile body. Every par­tic­i­pant will find here an at­mos­phere con­ducive to inner peace and re­gain­ing bal­ance, re­gard­less of the cho­sen prac­tice.
