GO.PILATES STUDIO

The studio is located on Kapelance in Kraków in a bright, peaceful space of 88 m², where the priority is quality, individual approach and comfort of participants. It offers classes based on Joseph H. Pilates' original method, with emphasis on precision, control, breathing and movement quality. Classical pilates is a proven method that through logically arranged exercises improves posture, strengthens deep muscles and restores balance to the whole body, teaches mindfulness without rush.
