The method has been developed through over 7 years of aerial practice, 5+ years of teaching, and experience with over 1500 students, with an emphasis on technique, progression, and a logical transition from basics to advanced skills. Classes are conducted with a focus on conscious exercise performance, rather than just repeating poses, supported by over 35 specialist courses.
