Shambhala Krakow
- Meditation
The studio offers the practice of meditation in the Shambhala tradition, an international community bringing together meditation centers around the world. The Shambhala lineage combines the Buddhist teachings of the Nyingma and Kagyu traditions with the Shambhala teachings passed down by the Tibetan master Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, and now led by his son Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. The practice of meditation allows the participant to clearly perceive their body, mind, emotions, and thoughts, as well as to develop wisdom and sensitivity toward all of humanity. The Shambhala teachings support discovering health and goodness in the mind and bringing them into everyday life and relationships with other people.
