Wdech. Studio Pilates Kraków

Wdech. Studio Pilates is a place created out of a passion for movement and the Pilates method, which combines work on the body and the mind. The studio offers a space for conscious training, in which breath helps you pause in the present moment and break away from everyday rush. The studio's name is no accident — it is meant to remind you of returning to yourself and of mindfulness in movement. It is something more than a workout: a place to learn conscious movement that stays with participants long after they leave the room.
