RYT 200 yoga teacher training

The RYT 200 yoga teacher training at Szkoła Jogi MaKai is a 6-month hybrid training (7 Saturday-Sunday sessions plus online learning), led by Marlena Kotas, Małgorzata Nowopolska and physiotherapist Michał Strzelczyk. The program, based on Yoga Alliance standards, covers yoga technique and asana practice, breath, relaxation and psychosomatics, anatomy, biomechanics and neuroscience, yoga philosophy and teacher ethics, teaching methodology, as well as yoga business and teacher development.
