Szkoła Jogi Makai

Stu­dio is one of the first yoga schools in Trójmi­as­to, op­er­at­ing since Jan­u­ary 2006. It of­fers yoga and med­i­ta­tion class­es for be­gin­ners and ad­vanced stu­dents in in­ti­mate groups of a max­i­mum of 12 peo­ple. Class­es are taught by a cer­ti­fied yoga teacher E-RYT 500 Yoga Al­liance with over 20 years of ex­pe­ri­ence in teach­ing yoga and med­i­ta­tion.
