The stu­dio pro­motes a healthy lifestyle, fo­cus­ing on yoga and med­i­ta­tion. It op­er­ates under the pa­tron­age of the As­so­ci­a­tion School of Med­i­ta­tion and Self-Re­al­iza­tion, pro­vid­ing par­tic­i­pants with sup­port in self-re­al­iza­tion and per­son­al de­vel­op­ment.

A won­der­ful, re­laxed at­mos­phere. Very pleas­ant med­i­ta­tions with singing and music, de­li­cious vegan food, in­ter­est­ing con­ver­sa­tions. Lots of at­trac­tive events among friend­ly peo­ple, I REC­OM­MEND :)
