Yoga Cen­trum Łódź is a space ded­i­cat­ed to ac­tive de­vel­op­ment of body and mind, of­fer­ing yoga class­es ac­cord­ing to the B.K.S. Iyen­gar method. The stu­dio is dis­tin­guished by cer­ti­fied teach­ers with qual­i­fi­ca­tions and high teach­ing stan­dards, cre­at­ing an open space for per­son­al de­vel­op­ment.
