Yogaguide

YogaGuide is a space dedicated to yoga practice, offering regular Iyengar® yoga classes, individual sessions, and Ayurvedic massage. The studio provides diverse class levels, enabling gradual progress and mindful body work in a motivating group atmosphere. An instructor with many years of experience in the B.K.S. Iyengar® method supports students with therapeutic adaptations, tailoring classes to their individual needs.
