Stu­dio 811 is the first place in Lubartów ded­i­cat­ed to pro­fes­sion­al equip­ment pi­lates train­ing, cre­at­ed from an au­then­tic pas­sion for move­ment and con­scious train­ing. Since 2019, the stu­dio has con­tin­u­ous­ly deep­ened its knowl­edge by train­ing in the Joseph Pi­lates method and other forms of con­scious move­ment. The work is based on three pil­lars: pre­ci­sion, safe­ty, and un­der­stand­ing of each par­tic­i­pan­t's in­di­vid­ual needs.
