The stu­dio of­fers "Healthy Spine" class­es ded­i­cat­ed to peo­ple who want to take care of their health and re­duce dis­com­fort re­lat­ed to pos­tur­al de­fects. Health-pro­mot­ing train­ing strength­ens back mus­cles, in­creas­es spinal mo­bil­i­ty and strength­ens the whole body. A spe­cial set of ex­er­cis­es loosens and re­lax­es the body, while re­lax­ing the mind, all to the rhythm of calm music.
