Pilates and his principles of control, concentration, working from the center, fluidity of movement, precision and breath. The Stanowice studio is equipped with specialized machines (reformer, cadillac, chairs, spine correctors, ladder barrel), on which individual, duet and trio training sessions take place, with an individual approach to each client. The Oława studio at ul. Gazowa 2A has 6 machines by the manufacturer Elina Pilates and offers group classes on reformers in a modern interior. Both locations share professional instructor care, a friendly atmosphere and the conviction that healthy movement and the pleasure of working with the body are the most important.
