The stu­dio of­fers class­es com­bin­ing strength­en­ing and shap­ing train­ing, a mix of stretch­ing ex­er­cis­es and strength train­ing. The ex­er­cis­es stretch, in­crease flex­i­bil­i­ty, and build mus­cles through­out the body, with a par­tic­u­lar focus on the deep core mus­cles and ab­dom­i­nal strength­en­ing. Class­es take place with calm­ing music that sup­ports re­lax­ation and pos­i­tive­ly af­fects the ner­vous sys­tem.
