The stu­dio of­fers sup­port in cop­ing with stress and re­gain­ing en­er­gy, led by San­dra Mroczkows­ka – a coach, train­er and So­mat­ic Ex­pe­ri­enc­ing prac­ti­tion­er. The offer in­cludes Kun­dali­ni Yoga class­es, as well as ses­sions based on So­lu­tion-Fo­cused Ther­a­py and the TRE method. She spe­cial­izes in help­ing women who are ready to dis­cov­er their power and courage to live on their own terms.
