Yoga Madame Ifa

The stu­dio of­fers a va­ri­ety of yoga class­es, in­clud­ing Vinyasa Flow and Power Vinyasa, led by the ex­pe­ri­enced teacher Iwona Gą­siorows­ka, known as Ifa. With ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence and nu­mer­ous cer­ti­fi­ca­tions, in­clud­ing from Yoga Al­liance, the stu­dio places a strong em­pha­sis on cre­ativ­i­ty and an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach to prac­tice. In ad­di­tion to reg­u­lar class­es, Ifa runs her own teacher train­ing cours­es, which sets this place apart from other stu­dios.
