Yoga Studio Nirmala

Yoga Stu­dio Nir­mala is an in­ti­mate yoga stu­dio in Pruszcz Gdańs­ki run by Marta Miguła, of­fer­ing class­es that com­bine med­i­ta­tion, breath­work and full ex­pres­sion of move­ment in an at­mos­phere of ac­cep­tance and gen­tle­ness. The stu­dio in­vites you to a deep en­counter with your­self, to re­gen­er­ate your strength and to a heal­ing con­nec­tion with your own body and mind. Marta Miguła also runs train­ing for teach­ers, ther­a­pists and peo­ple work­ing with chil­dren, spe­cial­is­ing in Cre­ative Yoga, Cre­ative Move­ment and Dance for Chil­dren in var­i­ous cities across Poland.
