Yoga Studio Nirmala

Yoga Stu­dio Nir­mala is an in­ti­mate yoga stu­dio in Pruszcz Gdańs­ki run by Marta Miguła, of­fer­ing class­es that com­bine med­i­ta­tion, breath­work, and full ex­pres­sion of move­ment in an at­mos­phere of ac­cep­tance and gen­tle­ness. The stu­dio in­vites you to a deep meet­ing with your­self, re­gen­er­a­tion of strength, and a heal­ing con­nec­tion with your own body and mind. Marta Miguła also con­ducts train­ings for teach­ers, ther­a­pists, and peo­ple work­ing with chil­dren, spe­cial­iz­ing in Cre­ative Yoga, Cre­ative Move­ment, and Dance for Chil­dren in var­i­ous cities in Poland.
