PI­LATE­SOW­N­IA is the first place in Poland to com­bine mod­ern phys­io­ther­a­py with a spe­cial­ized Pi­lates and Gy­ro­ton­ic stu­dio. The stu­dio of­fers a holis­tic ap­proach to health, in­te­grat­ing urog­y­nae­co­log­i­cal, den­tal and aes­thet­ic phys­io­ther­a­py as well as man­u­al ther­a­py with train­ing on Pi­lates and Gy­ro­ton­ic ma­chines. The team of ex­pe­ri­enced move­ment teach­ers and phys­io­ther­a­pists com­bines mod­ern re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion meth­ods with func­tion­al train­ing to help clients achieve their health goals and find bal­ance be­tween body and mind.
