Zdrofit Rzeszów Hetmańska

Zdrofit Rzeszów Het­mańs­ka is one of the largest fit­ness clubs in the city, of­fer­ing a com­pre­hen­sive 2800 sqm train­ing fa­cil­i­ty with rich equip­ment, in­clud­ing 50 Ham­mer ma­chines, six tons of weights, an 11-meter cross cage, Eleiko el­e­ments for pow­er­lift­ing, and mod­ern zones for car­dio, func­tion­al, and stretch­ing train­ing. The stu­dio has a spa­cious fit­ness hall for group class­es, a cal­is­then­ics zone, as well as ad­di­tion­al ameni­ties such as a bas­ket­ball hoop, three squash courts, and a bad­minton court. The club is lo­cat­ed in the south­ern part of Rzeszów, in close prox­im­i­ty to the city sta­di­um and the DK 94 exit, with ac­cess to free park­ing and ex­cel­lent trans­port links to the rest of the city.
