Marta teach­es yoga class­es with ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence span­ning 7 years of teach­ing and over a decade of her own prac­tice. The stu­dio of­fers class­es in var­i­ous yoga styles, draw­ing in­spi­ra­tion from many sources to tai­lor the teach­ing to the in­di­vid­ual needs of par­tic­i­pants. The class­es com­bine care for the body with work on a deep re­la­tion­ship with one­self, dis­cov­er­ing the au­then­tic self, and de­vel­op­ing inner strength and in­tu­ition.
