The Pi­lates stu­dio in Sopot at 3 Maja 46 of­fers group train­ing on Re­form­ers, Tow­ers and Chairs, Trio train­ing in groups of up to three peo­ple, per­son­al ses­sions 1:1 and 2:1, as well as on­line mat pi­lates class­es. The owner of the stu­dio is Karoli­na Li­belt — founder of the Bał­ty­c­ka Akademia Pi­lates and the only per­son in Poland to hold the title of Mas­ter In­struc­tor of the in­ter­na­tion­al Peak Pi­lates USA school, cur­rent­ly a train­er for Peak Pi­lates Pol­s­ka. The team con­sists of high­ly qual­i­fied in­struc­tors trained by the owner, in­clud­ing grad­u­ates of phys­io­ther­a­py stud­ies, and the stu­dio also co­op­er­ates with phys­io­ther­a­pists, os­teopaths and doc­tors work­ing with ath­letes.
