Joga Wita Stęszew

The yoga and har­mo­nious de­vel­op­ment stu­dio in Stęszew of­fers reg­u­lar hatha yoga class­es for every­one, adapt­ed to the abil­i­ties of the par­tic­i­pants. The class­es take place on Tues­days and Thurs­days at the Hala Wid­owiskowo-Sportowa at ul. Poz­nańs­ka 22A and are char­ac­ter­ized by great va­ri­ety and the use of ac­ces­sories such as bol­sters, blocks and blan­kets. They are ex­cel­lent health gym­nas­tics for women and men of all ages, serv­ing as pre­ven­tion and re­lief for ail­ments re­lat­ed to spinal pain, pos­tur­al de­fects, cir­cu­la­to­ry dis­eases, menopause and os­teo­poro­sis. The class­es are led by Syl­wia Pędzich, and the stu­dio ac­cepts Medicov­er Sport, PZU Sport and Fit­Prof­it.
