Studio Ciało&Zdrowie - Joga Nova

Studio Pilates "Ciało i Zdrowie" in Świebodzin offers training based on the 8 fundamental principles of the Pilates method, which form the core of every lesson. The classes focus on activating the deep muscles and working with the body's "center", from which all movements originate. The studio welcomes healthy individuals with no medical contraindications, both for a pass and for single classes.
