The stu­dio of­fers fit­ness class­es and phys­i­cal ac­tiv­i­ties led by ex­pe­ri­enced in­struc­tors in an in­ti­mate stu­dio space. Both group class­es, spe­cial­ist ses­sions, and in­di­vid­ual ses­sions are avail­able, which can be con­duct­ed with fam­i­ly or friends. The fa­cil­i­ty is ac­ces­si­ble to pri­vate in­di­vid­u­als and in­sti­tu­tions with flex­i­ble time op­tions, en­abling phys­i­cal ac­tiv­i­ty as a lifestyle.
