Ośrodek Pracy z Ciałem i Ter­apii is an in­clu­sive space of­fer­ing group and in­di­vid­ual class­es, in­clud­ing yoga, TRE®, sound ther­a­py, med­i­ta­tions, mas­sages, and psy­chother­a­py using the Lowen method. The stu­dio sup­ports the mind-body con­nec­tion through man­u­al ther­a­pies, re­lax­ation mas­sages, and tech­niques that sup­port the ner­vous sys­tem. The cen­ter builds a di­verse, friend­ly, and tol­er­ant com­mu­ni­ty, pri­or­i­tiz­ing safe­ty, gen­tle­ness, and re­spect for each per­son­'s bound­aries.
