The boutique pilates studio combines mindful movement with aesthetics and calm. Classes take place in small groups on mats and reformers, as well as individually, with those in mind who wish to consciously work on their body, improve their posture and take care of their spine. On site there is a separate relaxation zone, conducive to a moment of respite with coffee or tea before and after training.
