The stu­dio of­fers a wide range of class­es, in­clud­ing tra­di­tion­al Ash­tan­ga yoga, taught by a teacher with twen­ty years of ex­pe­ri­ence. Par­tic­i­pants can ad­just the fre­quen­cy, days and times of prac­tice to their needs. In ad­di­tion, the stu­dio of­fers foot, hand and head re­flex­ol­o­gy as well as Thai mas­sage, which pro­vides a strength­en­ing ef­fect for health.
