Based on over 75 years of teach­ing tra­di­tion by mas­ter B.K.S. Iyen­gar, class­es are root­ed in In­di­an yoga phi­los­o­phy of Patan­jal­i's Yoga Su­tras, mak­ing them a unique ex­pe­ri­ence for par­tic­i­pants.
