Tarnowskie Centrum Jogi

Tarnowskie Cen­trum Jogi is the only cen­tre in Tarnów de­vot­ed ex­clu­sive­ly to yoga, of­fer­ing class­es six days a week. Lo­cat­ed in the city cen­tre, the stu­dio pro­vides a high-qual­i­ty prac­tice room with chang­ing rooms and san­i­tary fa­cil­i­ties, as well as qual­i­fied teach­ers. The cen­tre was cre­at­ed by a com­mu­ni­ty of teach­ers and stu­dents who have prac­tised to­geth­er for sev­er­al years, and the project was ini­ti­at­ed by Marek Mi­gała, a yoga teacher well known across Poland.
