Studio Jogi Dobrostan

A stu­dio run by a psy­chol­o­gist, ther­a­pist, and yoga in­struc­tor of­fers a holis­tic ap­proach to health, com­bin­ing work with the body, spir­it, and mind. The in­struc­tor com­bines ex­ten­sive knowl­edge of psy­chol­o­gy and yoga, se­lect­ing ap­pro­pri­ate work­ing meth­ods tai­lored to the in­di­vid­ual needs of par­tic­i­pants.
