The studio offers individual Pilates sessions on reformer equipment led by a physiotherapist, combining comprehensive body strengthening with learning correct movement patterns. The spring system of the Pilates machine enables effective muscle work in various positions (lying, sitting, kneeling, and standing), supporting the development of strength, flexibility, and balance. Training on the reformer is particularly recommended for medical rehabilitation, as it can be adapted for people with posture defects, injuries, or after spine and knee surgeries. Regular exercises bring stabilization of the musculoskeletal system, increased joint mobility, flexible muscles and fascia, and improved posture.
