The stu­dio, run by An­ge­li­ka, of­fers vinyasa-style yoga class­es that com­bine fluid, mind­ful move­ment se­quences syn­chro­nized with the breath. The in­struc­tor's ap­proach fo­cus­es on move­ment that aris­es from with­in, lead­ing to greater pres­ence in body and mind, with an em­pha­sis on process and dis­cov­ery rather than quick re­sults. The class­es in­vite par­tic­i­pants to meet them­selves in an at­mos­phere of kind­ness, breath, and mind­ful move­ment.
