Joga Cen­trum is the old­est yoga school in War­saw, op­er­at­ing since 1999 and found­ed by Adam Bielewicz. The stu­dio of­fers au­then­tic In­di­an yoga ac­cord­ing to the Iyen­gar method, con­duct­ing class­es for var­i­ous lev­els of ad­vance­ment, in­clud­ing be­gin­ner groups, gen­er­al, gen­tle, and the­mat­ic class­es. A team of ex­pe­ri­enced teach­ers with over 30 years of prac­tice pro­vides pro­fes­sion­al sup­port in two spe­cial­ly adapt­ed cen­ters in the city cen­ter.
