Joga Stu­dio is a space where yoga prac­tice com­bines with the phi­los­o­phy of a healthy lifestyle. The stu­dio of­fers a va­ri­ety of yoga class­es tai­lored to the needs of both be­gin­ners and ad­vanced prac­ti­tion­ers, with an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach to each par­tic­i­pant. Ex­pe­ri­enced teach­ers share their knowl­edge, and ad­di­tion­al work­shops and yoga re­treats en­able deep­er im­mer­sion in prac­tice and mak­ing new con­nec­tions. Class­es take place in a friend­ly at­mos­phere con­ducive to re­lax­ation and un­wind­ing.

Class­es con­duct­ed very re­li­ably. The in­struc­tors pay at­ten­tion to the in­di­vid­ual lim­i­ta­tions and con­di­tions of the stu­dents. After every class I come out feel­ing like new.
