A stu­dio with 20 years of ex­pe­ri­ence of­fers yoga class­es in the cen­tre of War­saw by the Po­litech­ni­ka metro sta­tion on plac Kon­sty­tucji. Teach­ers with many years of ex­pe­ri­ence offer class­es seven days a week in an open sys­tem, adapt­ing to the needs of par­tic­i­pants. The class­es cover var­i­ous styles – from re­lax­ation and hatha yoga to dy­nam­ic vinyasa – as well as spe­cialised ses­sions such as spine yoga, preg­nan­cy yoga, yoga for mums and se­nior yoga. Small groups of a dozen or so peo­ple en­sure an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach in a cosy and at­mos­pher­ic set­ting.
