MOC Oddechu

The studio offers a comprehensive range of classes including yoga, pilates, and Bowen therapy. Yoga classes support the harmony of body, mind, and spirit, helping to discover inner strength and peace. Pilates focuses on working the deep stabilizing muscles, combining fluid movements with conscious breathing for a balanced figure. Bowen therapy is a subtle healing method that uses precisely placed movements to activate the body's natural regenerative abilities.
