POINT stretching

POINT stretch­ing Warsza­wa is a stretch­ing and move­ment stu­dio of­fer­ing a 100% per­son­al ap­proach. Class­es in­clude clas­sic mat stretch­ing, aer­i­al ham­mock stretch­ing, func­tion­al train­ing, and a chil­dren's dance col­lec­tive. The stu­dio has two lo­ca­tions in cen­tral War­saw and of­fers in­di­vid­u­al­ly tai­lored train­ing plans.
