Stu­dioPow­er­Life, found­ed by Moni­ka Do­browol­s­ka in 2012, of­fers a unique com­bi­na­tion of yoga, Ayurve­da and cran­iosacral ther­a­py. The stu­dio hosts yoga work­shops that com­bine body, breath and med­i­ta­tion, as well as Ayurvedic ther­a­pies that sup­port a holis­tic ap­proach to health. Thanks to the ex­pe­ri­ence and pas­sion of the founder, Stu­dioPow­er­Life be­comes a place where every­one can dis­cov­er them­selves and raise their level of con­scious­ness.
